Young cancer survivors are often faced with issues regarding fertility and family planning. Fortunately, great strides have enabled more young cancer survivors to successfully start a family after their treatment.
If you are a young cancer survivor, you may wish to consider participating in a research survey (your answers are anonymous) to better assist researchers and health care providers in understanding your concerns and desires in regards to fertility and family planning.
The survey was initiated by the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, Northwell Health and Vanderbilt University.
